VinFast India has just launched the new VinFast VF MPV 7 electric MPV in the Indian market. The launch is part of VinFast’s global expansion plans and reflects its focus on the growing EV market in India, especially in the MPV segment.
EV MPV bookings have already begun. Interested customers can book the EV MPV online or by visiting their nearest dealership, and deliveries are expected to begin soon. The VinFast VF MPV 7 will compete with other three-row models such as the Kia Carens Clavis EV, BYD eMax7 and Mahindra XEV 9S.The Vinfast VF MPV 7 is available in top individual trim at Rs 24.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The new VF MPV 7 comes with benefits including three years of free maintenance, free shipping until March 31, 2029, seven-year vehicle warranty, 10-year battery warranty, up to 75% guaranteed buyback, seven years of free roadside assistance and additional support for transitioning from ICE to EV.

The VinFast VF MPV 7 features LED headlights, DRLs, turn indicators, 19-inch black alloy wheels, black body cladding, shark fin antenna, rear wiper, washer and defogger. Moving inside, the interior is offered in all-black or black-and-brown, and includes leather upholstery, adjustable headrests, frameless IRVM and a front center armrest with storage space.
Comfort and convenience features include a height-adjustable and 6-way driver’s seat, automatic air conditioning with rear vents, Type A and Type C charging ports, fold-down seats, 12-volt charging ports, auto-fold ORVMs, keyless entry, brake pedal start, all windows up/down with anti-pinch, PM 2.5 air filter, third-row air conditioning controls, cup holders, multiple drive modes, and Crawl, cruise control. Talking about the battery then, the VinFast VF MPV 7 is powered by a 60.13 kWh battery pack paired with a single electric motor that generates 201 PS of power and 400 Nm of torque. The car has a range of 517 kilometers when fully charged, and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 10 seconds. The electric car gets 11 kW AC charging and 80 kW DC fast charging. Using a DC fast charger, the VF MPV 7 battery can be charged from 10 to 70 percent in about 30 minutes.
