Perry and Brand’s relationship lasted for approximately two years. The two met in September 2009 while she was filming a short film for his film Get Him to the Greek. After dating for four months, they got engaged. Nearly a year later, they traveled to Rajasthan, India, for their wedding on October 23, 2010. After a year of marriage, Brand revealed in December 2011 that the two had separated.
