South star Allu Arjun has made his move to Mumbai official in true style. The ‘Pushpa’ actor has rented a sprawling five-bedroom sea-view apartment in Juhu, paying Rs 16 lakh per month on a three-year lease as he prepares to split his time between Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Located at the intersection of Juhu Tara Road, the high-rise apartment ticked every box on Allu Arjun’s list, starting with an unobstructed sea view, which was a non-negotiable requirement. As per a Mid-Day report, “Allu Arjun wanted a beachfront property for his wife Sneha and two children, Allu Ayan and Allu Arha. The children will live with him during their school vacations. Spread over 6,000 square feet, the apartment in the high-rise building has a plunge pool and four parking spaces.”
“The value of the property is estimated at around Rs 25 crore.

The actor and his wife Sneha have reportedly visited the property several times over the past year and personally supervised the interior design. “He wants his home to be a space of tranquility; think lots of greenery and the soothing sound of the sea. That should suit his setting, as he will be shooting major portions of his next few films, including Raaka and a project with Lokesh Kanagaraj, in Mumbai,” the report added.

Allu Arjun’s new title puts him in good company. The couple Katrina Kaif – Vicky Kaushal and Anushka Sharma – Virat Kohli are among the prominent residents of the same upscale neighbourhood.
Allu Arjun’s house in Hyderabad remains his base
Despite Mumbai’s move, Allu Arjun will not leave Hyderabad behind. The actor owns an 8,000 square feet mansion called Blessing in Jubilee Hills, designed by architect Aamir Sharma. The property has a modern, minimalist aesthetic with a neutral color palette, a stark yet complementary contrast to his new beachfront retreat in Mumbai.
