At the event, Jake Paul’s fiancée and Olympic gold medalist, Jutta Leerdam, also participated.

A clip of Marlon’s Twitch stream went viral on X, where Jutta Leerdam is seen expressing her displeasure at the amount of content being created during the event. She stated directly: “Lots of vlogs! Put the cameras away, focus on the ball and score.”
Marlon responded to the broadcast by acknowledging her situation while standing his ground: “You know, she’s an Olympic gold medalist, so maybe I should listen to her.
But I also won’t listen to her because… I’m a gold Olympian too.”The clip caught the attention of Jake Paul, who responded to Marlon on X in response to a video posted by @yoxics. “My daughter doesn’t do this for fun,” Paul wrote. “We make content because our planes have fuel costs but I used to play this game and then intentionally retired from it because of something weird like this.”

Marlon responded to Paul’s comments during a later broadcast, objecting to what he described as unnecessary escalation. “I respected your girlfriend or whatever the whole time because, apparently, she runs a very strict program, which I also respect, by the way,” he said.
