TMZ recently reported that the 39-year-old Kennedy has been together for about 10 years. However, the couple recently separated and officially filed for divorce. Through the report’s statements, it was revealed that the actress was the one who filed for divorce on July 8, earlier this month.The report also shared that Elliott is opting to seek joint legal and physical custody of their children, Edith, 5, and William, 3.
Another request for spousal support and coverage of attorney’s fees was also mentioned in court.At the time of writing, neither Elliott nor Kennedy have made any statements to the public about their split.
