The first court session will be held this month, on April 21. According to the report, another officer from his unit who was responsible for supervising his service, along with Song Min Ho, was summoned and charged for trial.

They were charged without detention on the same charges.Min Ho is facing charges of violating his mandatory military service, because according to reports, he was accused of leaving his workplace on multiple occasions without any proper reason. He was also accused of neglecting the duties he was assigned as well. According to the report, he was working as a public service worker from March 2023 to December 2024 in Mapo District, Seoul.

It was also alleged that the other officer facing charges also neglected his duties because he was Song Min Ho’s supervising officer. Not only that, but they were allegedly well aware of the inconsistencies the idol was experiencing during his time at the facility.
