Days after tying the knot in an intimate ceremony, Aamir Khan and Gauri Sprat’s future plans for their home are the talk of the town.According to a report by The Free Press Journal, Aamir and Gauri, who got married on July 5 at the actor’s rented apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill, are expected to eventually move into a luxury residence at the redeveloped Marina Apartments in Union Park, Khar. The report states that while the couple currently lives in Aamir’s rented residence at Wilnomona on Nargis Dutt Road, their permanent home will be in the upcoming high-rise project, which is expected to be ready around 2030.

Sky villa style home for Amer and Gauri

According to the report, Amer, who has owned multiple apartments in Marina for several years, is said to be creating a sprawling, multi-storey residence described as a ‘sky villa’.The actor is reportedly planning to occupy the top three floors of the building with Gauri and her son Quinn.

The report also claims that an entire floor has been designed for private gatherings, family celebrations and entertaining close friends.Aamir often hosts intimate get-togethers for friends from the film industry, sports and business circles, and the new headquarters is said to be being planned keeping those gatherings in mind.

Homes for the whole family

The report also claims that Aamer is allotting apartments in the same building to a number of his family members.

His son, actor Junaid Khan, is said to be set to get an entire floor. The apartments are also said to be allotted to director Kiran Rao and their son Azad. The report adds that Aamir’s mother, Zeenat Hussain, and his sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta, also likely have homes in the same complex.According to the publication, the actor allegedly made an advance payment of over Rs 100 crore to buy additional apartments for his extended family.

However, Aamir Khan has not publicly commented on these reports. The publication also reported that Aamir is currently renting four luxury apartments in Wilnomona, as several members of his family, including his mother and sons, already live in the same building. With Jori Spratt and her son Quinn now part of the family, the actor is said to be keeping his loved ones close to him.
