Netflix has unveiled the new film by Argentine writer and director Damian Sefron (Wild tales, To catch the killer), SobrinoStarring Leonardo Sbaraglia (elite, Pain and glory, Wild tales). Also in the cast are Rita Cortez, Luisana Lopilato, Valeria Lewis and newcomer Luann Adler Fox. Netflix also promises “a special appearance by the legendary Vincent Macaigne [Italian actor] “Franco Nero.”
The drama, which does not yet have an English title, is written and directed by Zevron, who directed his 2014 film. Wild tales It was Argentina’s competitor and nominee for what was then known as the Best Foreign Language Film section of the Academy Award.

Filming for the film, produced by K&S Films, begins today, Monday, in Ramos Mejía, Buenos Aires province. Set in the world of classical music, the film promises to send its heroes on “an amazing pilgrimage through Buenos Aires, Hamburg, London and New York.” Sobrino It comes from producers Hugo Sigman, Matthias Mosterin and Leticia Christie.
