Ranveer Singhafter the huge success of Dhurandhar, is now all set for his next film, which is considered to be one of the biggest in his career. The actor is excited about ‘Praali’, a zombie drama set during the COVID-19 pandemic, which he will direct Jai Mehta.

Filled with massive action and deep human drama, Praley tells the story of a family in disarray. Made on a whopping budget of Rs 300 crore, the film is reportedly the costliest solo project of Singh’s career. Although “Dhurandhar” was made on an even bigger scale, its two-part format split the costs.

According to Pinkvilla, Ranveer has entered into a backend profit sharing deal and is involved in every stage, from script development to VFX planning.
It is also the first venture under his production banner, Maa Kasam Films, which makes it even more special for him. Pralay will focus on both strong visuals and a powerful story. The film is expected to bring a new and exciting take on the zombie genre in Indian cinema.

Shooting of “Pralay” is scheduled for May or June 2026. Although no official announcement has been made yet, Kalyani Priyadarshan she is expected to play the female lead, which will be her Bollywood debut.
