Fox’s Red Seat Ventures is expanding into stand-up comedy and live entertainment through a multi-year deal with… Kill Tonythe famous comedy show from Tony Hinchcliffe.
Red Seat Ventures, which operates as a creative services company within Fox’s Tubi Media Group, will handle ad sales for Kill Tony On both video and audio platforms. The deal will also see the show distributed on Fox’s streaming platforms Tubi and Fox One, and an ad-free version on Red Seat’s podcast subscription platform Supercast.
The show, which is filmed at Rogan’s Comedy Mothership in Austin, Texas, combines stand-up and stand-up comedy with classic roast comedy, with Hinchcliffe and a rotating roster of guest comedians serving up wannabe stand-ups desperate for a minute to get their act together.
The show has taken off, and last year Netflix signed a deal to stream some of the series Kill Tony Special offers on its platform.

Red Seat Ventures has built a large portfolio of clients with a heavy focus on players in the political commentary and true crime genres, including Megyn Kelly, Ashley Flowers and Nancy Grace. but Kill Tony It represents a huge push towards comedy.
Fox acquired the Red Seat (named after the famous seat in the right field bleachers at Boston’s Fenway Park) last year, placing it under its Tubi Media Group. Red Seat acquired Supercast earlier this year.
