The Real Housewives FANS: The London version of the hit reality series Hayu will return to the streamer on September 7.
The returnees The Real Housewives of London Cast members include Juliette Angus, Amanda Cronin, Karen Lederic Bess, Juliette Mayhew, Panthea Parker, and Niecy Wilchinger. In Season 2, we pick up on the events following an off-camera dinner. The women try to get ahead with charity galas, Fashion Week front rows, Lunar New Year celebrations and a luxury trip to Antigua.
Angus is back in Amanda’s good books this season, as she has had her most personal season yet. “With Gigi preparing herself for university and her long-awaited trip to Poland to finally comfort her father, Juliet learns how to let go…yet, whether she’s setting the rules at her own design event or serving up the deadliest set at Drag Roast, her tongue remains the sharpest in London,” Hayo said. “But standing shoulder to shoulder with Amanda means inheriting its repercussions, and this season, the crossfire is coming from every direction.
For Cronin, business is booming, and she’s in CEO mode. “But when her renewed friendship with Juliet Angus leaves Karen feeling left out, Amanda finds herself juggling tensions on every front, and treatment in her private practice turns into an odyssey that threatens the one thing she’s built her name on.”
Loderick-Peace opens the season at a charity event, raising money for Jamaica and hosting a girls’ trip of a lifetime to Antigua. “But as Amanda and Juliet Angus grow closer again, Karen begins to wonder exactly where she stands — and asking the question out loud leads to one of the biggest clashes of the season. Marginalized but never silenced, Karen leans on Jeremy and the girls as old wounds from her past resurface… This season, Karen is done giving more than she gets.”
After “a painful start that left her looking outward”, Mayhew decided to win the set one woman at a time. Against all odds, the work begins. “With her West End dreams fulfilled and Tiggy cheering from the wings, Juliet has finally found her calling after motherhood,” the channel teased. “But as she steps into the spotlight, fate has other plans, and the woman accused of performing all season is about to show everyone who she really is.”
Parker, “armed with the most expensive lips in London and the opinions to go with them,” wound up biting her tongue in season two. “When concerned lips become the season’s biggest source of tension, her friendship with Amanda is pushed to the brink, and Panthea decides that if anyone is going to force this group to be honest, it’s her.”
Meanwhile, Wilchinger holds down the fort, while Remy is out with her father’s well-being on her mind. “When women demand she get off the fence, Nessie discovers her own voice, and turns out to be funnier and fiercer than anyone expected. Between hosting Chinese New Year, stealing the show at Drag Roast and confronting a newcomer who claims to know who she really is, Nessie proves that the most beautiful woman in the room is no one’s pushover.”
The Real Housewives of London It will be available to stream on Hayu from September 7, with episodes downloaded weekly. After 10 episodes, the season will culminate with a reunion special, once again hosted by UK-based comedian Katherine Ryan.
