Amid the success of the show, the actress recently opened up about her fitness regime, eating habits, and her journey through cancer treatment.Bandar revealed that she follows a strict intermittent fasting routine and is mindful of her food intake. When the host noted that she was barely eating during her interaction, the actress explained that she had just ended a long fast.

She recalled that moment, and said that when they had the meal previously, she had probably been fasting for more than 16 hours. Sonali Bendre, 51, follows a disciplined eating routine centered around intermittent fasting.

The actor usually eats only one and a half meals a day, and sometimes increases it to two full meals. Instead of eating at regular intervals throughout the day, she prefers to keep her meals limited and maintains an 18- to 20-hour fasting period.In an interview with Mashable India, Sonali said, “I fast for 18 to 20 hours,” Bendar revealed, adding that she follows an intermittent fasting system. She also explained that she only eats “one and a half meals a day.”
