Rachel Sinnott put her multi-hyphenate talents to use at Marc Jacobs.
the I love Los Angeles The star and creator is fronting Marc Jacobs’ new pre-fall 2026 ad campaign, but she did more than just lend her face. “Sinnott wrote The scenea short film centered around the Scene bag and Sennott’s aspirations to get an invitation to the Met Gala.
It takes place in Manhattan, The scene It follows Sennott through a “chaotic comedy day” as she navigates her way through a journey to create a viral moment in the hopes of landing a coveted invitation. Some of her moments are captured through the Scene Bag lens. The campaign features appearances by Francesca Scorsese, Morgan Maher, True Whitaker and Sandra Bernhard.
“This campaign is about all the messy, silly, funny moments that make you feel seen or completely invisible,” says Rachel Sinnott. “I wanted to capture this energy through storytelling that feels true to the way we live now. The collection reflects that same spirit with pieces that move with you and allow you to show up however you want.”
The scene It is described as the first installment in an ongoing series of scripted mini-dramas that will be released on Marc Jacobs’ social channels. The series aims to “highlight how everyone strives to be seen and vision is power.” It wouldn’t be surprising to see Sinnott appear on Jacobs’ arm on May 4. As for that bag you’ve been holding on to throughout the shorts, the scene is presented in three different sizes and colors. It features signature hardware, a sculpted silhouette and the J Marc logo. The pre-fall collection also showcases new colorways of the Jacobs Tote and Snapshot Bag.
