Here’s what we know about Morgan’s second cancellation for Pittsburgh.

Why was Morgan Wallen’s concert in Pittsburgh cancelled?
Morgan announced that weather conditions were the reason behind canceling his show on June 6.
“After speaking with local officials and my team, there is no choice but to cancel tonight’s show due to inclement weather conditions expected throughout the rest of the day and night,” he wrote in an announcement on Instagram Stories. “The safety of my fans and staff is the top priority.”
In an Instagram Stories video, Morgan insisted that local officials told his team they had to cancel his concert.
“This morning, my team got on the bus and they told me that they were consulting with local officials and that I had to cancel my show in Pittsburgh tonight, and I was like, ‘Why?'” the Tennessee native recalls in the clip. “They said there would be strong winds in the area, so I said, ‘Okay.’” So, that’s what I did at that moment, trusting my team.
“The fact of the matter is,” Morgan stressed, “which is that he had a ‘big stage that, under those circumstances, could become lethal to a lot of people around him. So, I did the best I could with the information I had at that moment.’
