Cadrian Serenity Santiago, 23, was arrested on April 14
A 23-year-old man was arrested in Kentucky after he posted a series of graphic threats online against US President Donald Trump and law enforcement officers, including a message about cutting off his skin and feeding it to stray dogs.Federal prosecutors say Kadrian Serenity Santiago, of Lexington, was charged with threatening interstate contact after a criminal complaint was unsealed in U.S. District Court. The case stems from a series of alleged Instagram posts made between January and late March 2026 under the username “kadi_skating.”According to investigators, the messages contained explicit and violent threats.
These allegations included that he would cut off Trump’s face with a razor blade, remove his skin, and feed it to stray dogs. He also allegedly threatened to kill the next law enforcement officer he encountered, urged others to shoot immigration agents, and said he would kill ICE officers himself. The complaint states that the posts began in January, including one message that said: “I’m full of political violence.”The FBI said it received information about the account on April 1 and moved quickly to investigate it.
Additionally, deputies found several weapons and tactical equipment inside Santiago’s vehicle. These included a handgun, an AR-15-style rifle, another long gun, multiple magazines, a Kevlar helmet, gas masks and other survival equipment. Santiago was initially charged with unlawful possession of a weapon on school property, but that charge was later amended.“The threat of violence against the president and federal law enforcement officers strikes at the heart of our nation’s safety and the rule of law,” said Jason Barman, First Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
These actions will not be tolerated and will be met with swift and decisive prosecution. Through the FBI’s diligence and swift action, we moved quickly to address this threat and will pursue prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
“FBI Special Agent Olivia Olson issued a warning about online threats. “To those who choose to hide behind a screen of anonymity to unleash threats against the President of the United States, other government officials, and law enforcement, the FBI will find you,” she said. “It is against the law to post threatening communications online, and the FBI and our partners will use every available resource to identify, locate and arrest those who choose to do so,” she added.
