Speaking during her online series, Owens suggested she believed Kirk may have been “sacrificed”, a claim that immediately sparked intense reactions across political and media circles. The comments came as Owens discussed research she says she was conducting on Freemasonry. Candace Owens explains why she believes Freemasonry may be linked to Charlie Kirk’s death

Owens explained her reasons during the episode, describing how a particular item sent to her by a viewer influenced her thinking.

She explained that the discovery prompted her to reconsider what might have happened to Kirk.“I now see that he’s probably going to be sacrificed. And I want to tell you why I got there. As you guys know, if you’re part of my book club, I’ve been doing a lot of research on Freemasonry. About a month ago, while we were taking a break to prepare for Charlie’s Bride series, someone sent me this. I’m just explaining, this is what they sent me in the mail.”

Something known as the Masonic Bible. She added: “The backstory to this incident in particular came with a handwritten letter, which was that a 33rd degree Freemason in Oklahoma had died and all of his possessions were left in a house that was eventually auctioned off. And the person who had this in his possession, his relative was the one who had gotten the house. And they went in and effectively burned everything in it, thinking that it was obviously just carrying bad spirits.”

She continued: “But, for some reason, he had a feeling that he should keep this item. For no particular reason, he kept it in the back of his truck for over a decade. And when he saw me covering the history of Freemasonry, and what they believe, trying to figure out what they believe, he felt that was the reason he kept it for all those years. So he sent it to me to provide me with more insight into what they believe and what they practice at the pinnacle of Freemasonry.”

Owens said the materials she received gave her a deeper insight into the traditions and beliefs of Freemasonry, which she claims helped shape her interpretation of events. Her statements have since spread widely on social media platforms, with clips from the episode circulating among political commentators and independent media outlets. Some viewers say the discussion raises questions worth examining. Others believe that there is no evidence to support such a theory. What is clear is that the conversation surrounding Kirk’s death has taken a new direction. Owens’ comments have ensured that the topic will remain part of the broader political discourse for some time.
