For fans who purchased tickets, the good news is that refunds will be processed automatically! If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, you do not need to take any action. Refunds must be made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

“You don’t need to do anything,” Ticketmaster noted in a message on the tour page. “We will refund the original payment method used at the time of purchase, once the funds are received from the event organizer. … They should appear in your account within 14 to 21 days.”

However, if you purchased tickets through a third-party distributor or secondary market, the process may take a little longer. In these cases, it is best to check with the platform’s customer service team directly for all instructions.
