In a social media post, the singer spoke out against online body shaming and those who left hurtful comments about her appearance, after she took to the stage at the Brit Awards to receive the lifetime achievement award that her late father, Ozzy Osbourne, received posthumously.

“There is a special kind of cruelty in hurting someone who is clearly going through something,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “Kicking me when I’m down, doubting my pain, gossiping about my struggles, and turning your back when I need support and love more than anything else,” she added.“None of it proves strength, it just reveals a profound absence of compassion and character,” Kelly wrote on Instagram. “I’m currently going through the hardest time of my life. I shouldn’t even be defending myself. But I’m not going to sit here and allow myself to be dehumanized like this!”Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76. Kelly and her mother, Sharon Osbourne, attended Saturday’s ceremony to accept the honor on his behalf.
