Taylor Swift was the top winner at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, held live from the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

The “The Fate of Ophelia” singer attended the Ludacris-hosted ceremony, which aired on Fox and can be heard on iHeartRadio stations across the country and the iHeartRadio app, with the most nominations, nine, leading the field for the fourth year in a row.

She left the night with the most wins at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, with a total of seven. She was named Artist of the Year, and received additional awards including Music Video of the Year, Pop Song of the Year, Lyrics and more.

Swift stopped by the awards show, making her first appearance at the 2026 awards show, where her fiancé Travis Kelce also showed up to support her. During her acceptance speech for pop album of the year, tied for her 2025 record The life of a showgirlShe sang praises of her fiancé.

“Album The life of a showgirl I was really inspired by the energy I felt looking out into the crowds and seeing you guys and connecting with you every night. “And so the album came out with this energy of feeling really happy and strong and confident and free, and so I want to say thank you to the fans for giving me that feeling. Maybe this album also feels happy and confident and free because that’s the way I feel every day of my life, because of my fiancé, who’s here tonight,” Swift said.

Other major winners at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards included Alex Warren, who took home three awards, including Song of the Year, Best New Pop Artist and Favorite Debut Album. Best new artists were selected in various categories, including Ella Langley (country); The Real Boston Richie (hip-hop); Leon Thomas (R&B); gloomy (alternative); Sleep Theory (The Rock); Billy (Latin/urban pop); Los Dos de Tamaulipas (Mexico Regional); And Curtis (K-Pop).

Sabrina Carpenter was named Pop Artist of the Year, and Kendrick Lamar also received the same honor in the Hip-Hop category. Amy Allen won Songwriter of the Year, and Andrew Watt was named Producer of the Year.

Warren, Carpenter, and Bad Bunny went on to receive eight nominations each, with Swift, Carpenter, and Bad Bunny nominated for Artist of the Year alongside Lamar, Benson Boone, Chris Brown, Jelly Roll Lamar, Lady Gaga, Morgan Wallen, and Tate McRae.

The awards ceremony honored John Mellencamp with the iHeartRadio Icon Award along with Ludacris with the iHeartRadio Landmark Award, Miley Cyrus with the iHeartRadio Innovator Award, and Warren with the iHeartRadio Breakthrough Artist of the Year award. Ludacris and Warren also performed at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.

Additional artists include Kehlani, Lainey Wilson, Raye, TLC, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue performing together for the first time. Also appearing on the show were Alyssa Liu, Ne-Yo, Nicole Scherzinger, Nikki Glaser, Somber and Weezer.

The 13th Annual iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrate the most played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2025. This year’s show is executive produced by Jesse Collins, Dionne Harmon and Jennaé Rouzan-Clay for Jesse Collins Entertainment (JCE) as well as John Sykes, Tom Poleman and Bart Peters for iHeartMedia and Fox Entertainment Studios.
