The Delhi government has launched ‘CM Jansunwai Portal’ to address public concerns

The Prime Minister said that this portal will help in monitoring public complaints and finding timely solutions to the problems is a priority of the government.“While I continue to physically hold Jan Sonvai to listen to people’s problems, we now have a digital mode, which will provide a platform for people to complain from anywhere,” Gupta said.She added that through this portal there will be more transparency and efficiency in the system.“We also want to assure the public that the government is also developing a project monitoring system. Through this, we will be able to monitor the status of all our projects, which will ensure timely completion,” the Prime Minister said.The Prime Minister also mentioned that the Delhi government is already providing 75 online services and they will now be linked with this portal.
