The victim’s brother alleged in his complaint, “The bike passed next to the car, after which a man came out and slapped my brother several times. The men then forcefully took him into their car and took him to their real estate office nearby. They asked his two friends to follow them there.”

The three teenagers left Mustafaabad around 3.30pm and were heading towards a swimming pool on Behta Road when the accident occurred, police said.

Friends found him lying unconscious

The complaint stated that when the victim’s two friends arrived at the office, they found him lying on the floor.

According to the FIR, one of the accused was allegedly kicking the teenager repeatedly.

The case has been registered

Following the incident, the Loni border police registered an FIR under Sections 103(1) (murder) and 3(5) (common intention) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on Monday night.

Police said that one of the accused has been arrested, while the other is still on the run.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Surendra Nath Tiwari said investigators did not find any major external injuries visible on the victim’s body, although a mark was noted around his throat.

He added, “The suspects assaulted him and took him to their office, about 400 meters from the scene. Teams were formed to track down the fleeing accused.”

Loni border police station officer Manish Bisht said the autopsy was conducted in Delhi and the report was awaited. Detectives are also examining CCTV footage from the area as part of the investigation.
