Airport Tariff Regulatory Authority (AERA) on Tuesday fixed user development charges for Noida International Airport at $490 for departing domestic passengers and $980 for departing international passengers.

The User Development Fee (UDF) has been set for 2026-27.

For the incoming domestic passenger, the fee will be $210 while for incoming international passengers, the amount will be $The Airport Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) said in its statement No. 420.

Noida International Airport (NIA), which opened on March 28, will begin commercial operations on June 15.

The UDF for each departing domestic passenger has been set at, AERA said $490 per passenger $653 Proposed by the airport operator.

For each departing international traveler, the UDF is $980 which is less than $1200 required by operator.

“These rates are the same as those set in the August 2025 Ad Hoc Tariff Order,” AERA said.

She added that the NIA fixed charges are similar to the national rate of UDF at major airports and also within the scope of UDF currently charged at non-major airports.

To encourage airlines to start new routes, increase flights and expand their network from the airport in the initial years, AERA said it has allowed variable tariff plan (VTP) for the airport.

The plan will be mainly for landing and parking fees.
