If you are active on social media, you have probably seen a picture gifted by a man named Sanjeev Shrivastav to Bihar’s new Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, who has been identified in reports as a construction worker. The image sparked reactions, with some users recalling the famous “Majnu Bhai” character from the Bollywood movie “Hello”, to express their first thoughts about art.

Sanjeev Shrivastav, who is said to be a construction worker, on Tuesday posted pictures of his meeting with Samrat Chaudhary on his Instagram account, where he was seen submitting several articles to the Bihar Chief Minister, the picture being one of them.

“Manu bhai would be proud.”

While the post is still there, a photo of the presentation appears to have been deleted amid reactions on the same flooded social media. “Friendly meeting with Bihar’s new Chairman Samrat Chaudhary and Pallav Raj Construction MD Sanjeev Shrivastav Ji,” captioned the post.

“But after people started roasting the drawing online, the director quietly deleted the fourth photo containing the image while keeping the other three,” the user added.

The builder’s other social media contents were also circulated by users in parallel, with one clip showing him entering a room smoking, surrounded by what appear to be his employees.

Samrat Chaudhary was sworn in as the 24th Chief Minister of Bihar last month, becoming the first Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader to hold the top job in the state.

Governor Syed Ata Hasnain took the oath of office at Lok Bhawan in Patna, in the presence of JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar, who relinquished the post of chief minister a day ago after becoming a Rajya Sabha member last week, Union Minister JP Nadda, and Chirag Paswan, who heads the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), the third largest component of the ruling NDA in Bihar.
