The two major political parties ruled $23.08 Crore on Google and $8.49 lakh crore deaths in West Bengal from March 15 to April 27, 2026, data shows.

On Google, the West Bengal pages of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spent. $12.53 crore and ran 8,405 ads between March 15 and April 27.

On Meta platforms – Facebook and Instagram – the official page of the BJP in West Bengal was responsible for this $4.11 Crores. Dozens of BJP pages at the constituency level – each of which spends between $50000 and $90,000 – Another added $34k, bringing the party’s total Meta spend to approx $4.45 Crores.

The Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC), the political consultancy working for the Trinamool Congress (TMC), has spent huge amounts of money $10.55 crore on Google during the same period, with 1,181 ads displayed.

TMC ecosystem on Meta – extends to the official party page ( $1.09 Crore), Abhishek Banerjee’s Personal Page ( $66.9 lakh), IPAC’s Banglar Gorbo Mamata page ( $46.7 lakh), Trinamool Nabu Jewar ( $35.6 lakh), Abar Jitbi Bengali ( $13.3 lakh), and more than a dozen alternative pages – almost collectively spent $4.04 Crore on Meta.

Combined across both platforms, the BJP spent approx $16.98 Crores – $12.53 Crore on Google and $4.45 lakh crore on meta – versus TMC and IPAC combined $14.59 Crores – $10.55 Crore on Google and $4.04 crore on Meta — making the total combined spend of both parties approx $31.57 Crores.

The data was drawn from Meta’s ad library, which covers Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, and from Google’s Political Ad Transparency Center, which covers YouTube, Google Search, and more.
