Of the 21 people killed in a deadly fire in Delhi’s Malviya Nagar on Wednesday morning, at least 18 were foreign nationals, people familiar with the matter said.

According to people familiar with the matter, the victims were identified as citizens of Nigeria, Mozambique, Bangladesh, Somalia, Liberia and Afghanistan.

A fire broke out on Wednesday morning in a five-storey bed and breakfast building in Malviya Nagar’s Hauz Rani area.
