In a funny moment, he explains that the filmmakers shot part of the movie but didn’t know exactly where to put it, so they decided to show it after the interval. The sequence then follows the song ‘Kyun’ featuring Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani.

The response to the initiative was enthusiastic. According to a Bollywood Hungama report, “It’s an experiment that seems to have worked. Paid previews of the film took place yesterday, June 25, from 7:30 pm onwards, and the response to the initiative has been positive. It has led to a lot of laughter. Many viewers, who had gotten up to rush to the bathroom or grab snacks, immediately sat up on hearing Akshay Kumar’s message.”
