Officials are expected to question Vijay on certain aspects of the case as part of the ongoing investigation.

Reports suggest that Vijay landed in New Delhi earlier and later checked into the famous Taj Palace hotel in the city.Shortly after his arrival, videos of the actor’s car arriving at the hotel began circulating widely on social media platforms. The third round of interrogation is expected to take place on Sunday, March 15, 2026.

A previous request for a delay was rejected by the CBI

Earlier this month, Vijay was asked to appear before the CBI team on March 10, 2026. However, the actor reportedly requested additional time before attending the interrogation.According to reports, Vijay initially requested 15 days to appear before the investigation team and the agency did not accept the request. Later, the investigation team decided to give him a shorter deadline. Vijay was reportedly given five days to present himself for questioning.

The film was scheduled to be released in theaters on January 9, 2026.However, the release was postponed after the Central Board of Film Certification did not grant clearance in time.
