The Kering Foundation is finalizing details for the fifth installment of its Women’s Care Dinner.

Scheduled to take place in New York at The Pool on September 10, the event will once again be led by co-founders Salma Hayek Pinault and François-Henri Pinault with a lineup that includes Pamela Anderson, Simone Biles, Benicio del Toro, Nacho Figueras, Dakota Johnson, and Lorna Simpson. The event, which will raise money for organizations working to end gender-based violence, will include a special presentation (to be announced) as well as a live auction of one-of-a-kind items and experiences from Kering fashion houses such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, McQueen, Brioni, Boucheron, Pomellato and Ginori 1735. This fall event follows last year’s event, which brought together more than $4.5 million for this case.

“Salma and I organized the Women’s Care Dinner to raise essential funds for organizations working to end gender-based violence and mobilize the broader community around this critical mission that is at the heart of the Kering Foundation’s work,” said Pinault, Chairman of both Kering and the Kering Foundation. “As we celebrate its fifth edition, the dinner is a powerful reminder of what this community can achieve when it comes together with purpose.”

Marie-Claire Daviau, Kering’s Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer, added: “For nearly two decades, the Kering Foundation has worked alongside dedicated organizations to prevent gender-based violence, support survivors, and help break cycles of violence before they continue to the next generation. The Women’s Caring Dinner is an important expression of this commitment, bringing together a community whose generosity helps turn awareness into tangible resources for organizations who do this work every day.”

Funds for the September event will be directed toward the following organizations: Activating Change, the only U.S. nonprofit focused on ending violence against people with disabilities and deaf people; Fondo Semillas, a non-profit organization in Mexico dedicated to providing funding, training, and support to women’s groups working to promote gender equality; JBWS (Jersey Battered Women’s Service), a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing domestic violence and empowering survivors through trauma-informed services, education, and advocacy in Morris and Passaic counties; and the Women’s Foundation of New York/Girls and Young Women’s Fund, an organization that seeks to empower women, girls, and genderqueer persons to achieve economic security, exercise control over their lives and thrive in safe and equitable communities.
