“The Devil Wears Prada 2” India groups Crossing Rs 11 Crore

Reports from Sacnilk show that on the second day, the film collected a net collection of Rs 4.00 crore across 1,611 shows.

This brings the total net collection in India to Rs 9.50 lakh crore. India’s total output now stands at Rs 11.37 lakh crore.

Occupancy shows balanced demand for Anne Hathaway’s film

The film recorded an overall occupancy rate of 45.66% on the second day. Morning shows opened with 24.56%. However, turnout improved significantly as the day progressed.The occupancy rate rose to 51.78% in the afternoon. Evening shows peaked slightly higher at 52.11%. Overnight offers settled at 47.11%.The number of shows decreased slightly from 1,644 shows on the first day to 1,611 shows on the second day.

Despite this, the film managed to register growth in collections.
