According to a Hindustan Times report, Radhika Madan spoke about joining Shakun Batra’s segment in Lust Stories 3. “I have been a huge fan of Shakun Batra’s work, and when I got to know about the film, I begged for an audition for Lust Stories 3, and with God’s grace, I got it,” she revealed.
Radhika Madan says that for her, every project represents a “life or death situation”.
Radhika has proven her mettle in her previous projects, but in the same interview, the actress said that she cannot “afford to give an average performance”.
She added: “There are a lot of people waiting for any role. So if I give an average performance, I won’t have anyone saying, ‘It’s okay, do this or do that, we’ll give you something else.'” Every job is a life or death situation for me. If I need to survive, I need to kill him; Otherwise I can’t.

During the conversation, Radhika mentioned that she stood in queues and did the ‘grinding’ to get where she is now.
The actress added that she has reached a point where she can choose from among the projects offered to her. She added, “If there is another project that people are not thinking of me for, I beg to audition, and I am very comfortable with that. I don’t have that ego. I have a problem when I don’t get the opportunity to audition, when I get written off based on my last name alone.”
If I get rejected after a test, I can still sleep peacefully, because I know I gave it my 100% effort.
