Season eight Love Island in the USA The Islanders are already getting criticism, but she’s not a fan.

After Sean Revell, 29, was revealed as a cast member for the new season of the Peacock reality dating show, the Pennsylvania mayor has called on the Islander to quit his job to join the show.

Before being selected, Revell was a police officer with the Bethlehem Police Department. “I’m not a model, I’m not an actor, I’m actually a police officer,” Revell said in Peacock’s “Meet the Islanders” video released last week. “You may be having the worst day of your life, and I will help you get through it.”

We are disappointed that he left because we now have another vacancy in our department that is impossible to fill until next year,” Reynolds said. “I never thought I would see a day in America where being a reality show trumps being a police officer.”

According to a post on the Bethlehem Police Department’s Facebook page, Rifle was sworn in as an officer on August 18 of last year. “Please join us in congratulating Officer Revell and wishing him success as he begins his journey of service to our community!” Read the latest at the time.
