It’s an OTT feast this week! From April 12 to April 19, OTT platforms offer a variety of genres for literally every type of audience. Whether you’re anticipating the much-awaited seasons or waiting for a fresh start, the OTT giants have something for everyone. From season 3 of “Euphoria” starring Zendaya to season 3 of fan-favorite K-drama “Yumi’s Cells,” here’s a curated list of the latest releases on OTT this week.

“Euphoria season 3”

The new season of “Euphoria” moves the story from high school to a big five-year time jump into adulthood. Most of the main cast returns for this season, including Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schiffer, Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, and Maude Apatow.
Written and directed by Sam Levinson, the first season of Euphoria premiered in 2019 and the second season premiered in 2022.
The first episode will premiere on Sunday, April 12 on HBO Max in the US. As the international premiere time varies by region, the episode will be released on April 13 in India. The season will consist of eight episodes, with new episodes released weekly from Sundays through May 31, 2026.

“Yomi Cells Season 3”

Season 3 begins three years after the events of Season 2. The story finds Yumi going from an ordinary office worker to a star author and successful romance novelist. This final chapter focuses on Yumi’s “End game” Romance.

Kim Go-Eun returns as titular character Yumi, and Kim Jae-won joins as the new lead and Yumi’s love interest from the original webtoon.

The third season continues under the direction of Lee Sang-yeob, and the script is written by Song Jae-jung and Kim Kyung-ran. Just like the previous season, this season also mixes live action with anime sequences that represent Yumi’s inner thoughts.

Yumi’s Cells Season 3 is scheduled to premiere on Monday, April 13 on Viki.

“Margot has financial problems.”

Starring Elle Fanning as Margot Mylett, Margo’s Got Money Troubles is based on the best-selling novel by Rovi Thorpe. The story follows the 20-year-old titular character who finds herself pregnant after having an affair with her professor. Margo is also a college dropout. Now, Margot is turning to a side hustle, wrestling, in order to support her newborn. The series stars Nick Offerman and Nicole Kidman.

The David E. Kelley series will premiere its first three episodes on Wednesday, April 15.

“Alpha Male Season 5”

After four seasons of trying (and often failing) to dismantle their toxic masculinity, this season follows the four friends, Pedro, Luis, Raul and Santi, as they face a big reality check that includes midlife challenges like divorce, custody battles and mortgages.
The show is written by Alberto Caballero and Laura Caballero. Season 5 returns with the main cast, including Fernando Gil, Raul Tejon, Gorka Otexoa, and Fely Matinez.

Alpha Males Season 5 is scheduled to premiere on April 17 on Netflix. All six episodes will be downloaded at once.

“Roommates”

Roommates is a coming-of-age comedy that follows Devon, a shy and naive college student who meets… “Cool and confident” Celeste in their outward orientation. The two soon become inseparable and decide to live together. What starts as a budding friendship soon turns into chaos “Passive aggression war”.
The film stars Sadie Sandler, Chloe East, Nick Kroll, and Natasha Lyonne, who also directed the film. Roommates is scheduled to be released on Netflix on Friday, April 17.
