Mariska Hargitay is such a huge Knicks fan that she decided to rush to Madison Square Garden after a day of two shows on Broadway to get to the 8:30 p.m. ET game.

“I took four minutes off my show’s running time, and I knew the traffic was going to be crazy, so I ran from the Hudson Theater on 44th and 6th to MSG,” Hargitay wrote in a statement to Hollywood Reporter. “But I knew everything was going to be okay, because I was wearing the Jalen Brunson Kobe 5 Protos that Jalen gave me a few months ago. But I’m not going to lie, the 10-block sprint after the second demo day was no joke.”

Hargitay is currently starring everything is great, A one-man show that included a morning show at 2pm and an evening show at 7pm on Wednesdays. The play ended at 8:27 PM ET Thursday night. She will make her Broadway debut in the show, taking over the role from Daniel Radcliffe. but SVU The star was also an avid supporter of the Knicks, and in particular Knicks guard Jalen Brunson, with whom she developed a close friendship.

She was spotted on the court during the Knicks game on Thursday, wearing a “Stevie Nicks” T-shirt that she apparently received from her seatmate, Taylor Swift, who was wearing matching clothes. She later happily ran onto the court to hug players after the Knicks pulled off the biggest comeback in NBA Finals history, finishing 107-for-106 against the Spurs thanks to a one-handed tip-in from the Knick’s OG Anunoby.

“I love my husband, and our wedding night was amazing, but I think it was probably the greatest night of my life,” Hargitay says. “The game was so brutal, we were down 29 points in the first half, but I’m telling you, if you watch this team fight and claw their way back — to see that look in Jalen’s eyes — there are endless life lessons there. And then OG comes flying in, his orange and blue cape fluttering behind him, and then it’s just pandemonium. It’ll be replayed over and over again, not just as an epic moment in basketball, but in highlights of the best moments in sports and all I was thinking is, ‘This is what “It just happened!!!” and “OMG, I LOVE THIS TEAM!!!” and “OMG, I LOVE THIS CITY!!!”
