Priyanka joins Rajamouli for the first time in Varanasi

Priyanka is all set to collaborate with Rajamouli for the first time in Varanasi, which also stars Mahesh Babu. The film features Mahesh as Rudra, Priyanka as Mandakini, and Prithviraj Sukumaran as Kumbha.Rajamouli had previously revealed that Mahesh will be seen as Lord Rama in a grand finale sequence that is said to have taken 60 days to shoot.

Last year, Rajamouli revealed the title of the film and introduced Mahesh’s character, showing him riding a bull and carrying a trishul – confirming that the actor is playing Rudra in the epic drama. Priyanka essays the role of Mandakini in the film, which is currently scheduled to release in April 2027.Varanasi marks Priyanka Chopra’s grand return to Hindi cinema, making it one of the most awaited films in recent times.
