‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ follows the story of a woman living within a traditional family with a hidden past.ETimes reviewed the film favorably, saying, “Samantha anchors the film with confidence and conviction. She moves comfortably between quieter emotional scenes and physically demanding action sets, never allowing Swarna to become a one-note action heroine. There is a toughness to the performance, but also weariness, fear and vulnerability.”

These shades make the character more compelling than the invincible heroes we often see in the genre. The review also added, “Gulshan Devaiah proves to be an effective character, bringing unpredictability to his role rather than opting for overt theatrics. Diganth Manchale, Gautami and Sreemukhi all contribute meaningfully to the family dynamics that form the emotional backbone of the story.”Disclaimer: Box office numbers and data in this article are compiled from public and industry sources.
