‘I, Nobody’ Trailer: Prithviraj Sukumaran hints at a dark secret; Parvathi Thiruvothu joins the mystery
Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘i, Nothing’ has released the official trailer of the film and it promises a world full of mystery, crime and suspense. Directed by Nisam Bashir, the film stars action stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Parvathy Thiruvothu.The trailer introduces the character of Prithviraj Rajeevan, a government employee whose normal life is suddenly disrupted due to a police investigation. From the first moments, the film seems to build its story around questions of identity, guilt, and hidden truths.
At first Rajeevan appears as an innocent man. Police officers arrive at his house and put him in the center of a serious investigation.
As the trailer progresses, several moments suggest that there is much more to the character than was initially visible.The narrative hints at Rajeevan’s possible association with major criminal activities, including bank robbery.Parvathi Thiruvothu plays Rajeevan’s wife and seems to have a crucial role in the unfolding drama, and for her, family is important more than anything else. One of the key moments in the trailer shows her warning Rajeevan that the police have already discovered a mistake he made.
The trailer gradually moves from a crime mystery to a psychological game.
Creepy dialogue refers to a grey-shaded character
Rajeevan delivers a chilling line to his daughter which instantly changes the perception of his character. “Those who were against me are not alive today,” he says, suggesting that Rajeevan may have a much darker side than first thought.While sharing the trailer on social media, Prithviraj wrote: “Every nobody is someone!!”
Reunion after “Rorschach”
The film “I, Nobody” also witnesses the meeting between director Nessam Bashir and writer Samir Abdel.
The duo had previously collaborated in the Mammootty starrer ‘Rorschach’.Apart from Prithviraj and Parvathy, the cast includes Ayra, Nishanth Sagar, Nandu, Naushad Bombay, Hakim Shahjahan, Ashokan, Vijayaraghavan, Madhubal, Shankar Ramakrishnan and Nakshathra.Meanwhile, Prithviraj continues to stay busy with a crowded line-up. The actor is currently working on ‘Khalifa’ directed by Vesak. The suspense thriller is scheduled to be released on August 20, 2026, during the Onam season. He has also announced Odiyan alongside Manju Warrier. The project will be directed by Rahul Sadasivan of Bhoothakaalam fame.
