Unable to release the film before June 15, 2026, despite his efforts, Gautham Menon has now approached the Madras High Court seeking an additional 30 days to complete the process. According to Cinema Express, through his appeal, the director has sought time till July 15, 2026 to release the much-delayed film. The matter is expected to be heard by Justice K Kumaresh Babu. On the same day, a division bench consisting of Justices B. Velmurugan and K.
Govindarajan Thilakavadi is also expected to deliver orders on relevant appeals linked to the film’s release.
Financial disputes continue to delay the film

This conflict reportedly arose with some deals made regarding the movie ‘Ennai Noki Paayum Thota’ as well as issues arising due to some investors.
