Former Village Roadshow CEO Bree Hennessy and ex Conners Co-producer Amanda Massetti has formed a new production board that focuses on character-focused, writer-driven stories.

Pasta & Tacos Productions — a name that nods to the founders’ Mexican-American and Italian-American backgrounds, respectively — quietly launched in 2025, but went public this week with its development slate across film and TV, which includes true crime, comedy and thriller projects.

“We created P&T to support bold, writer-led stories and collaborate with voices we believe in,” Massetti said in a statement. “Our goal is to build a slate that balances core genres — whether comedy, thriller, drama or true crime — with real cultural resonance.”
