Labrinth, the talented musician behind some iconic songs, has walked away from “Euphoria 3,” citing experiences of disrespect and deception in the entertainment world. Refusing to compromise his principles while contributing to the creative vision of others, he chose to break away, leading to the emergence of film composer Hans Zimmer as the show’s new musical maestro.

Last month, it was reported that popular singer and musician Labrinth, who has been with the cast of “Euphoria” since the first season, would not be a part of their final season. Since then, fans and netizens alike have been wondering what exactly happened behind the scenes.

Not only that, but after his departure, Hans Zimmer took over the music for the third season as well. In a recent post, Labrinth finally broke his silence and revealed why it came to this and how people in this industry will lie all the time.

Why did Labrinth leave Euphoria?

Taking to his social media account, the famous “Kill for Your Love” singer revealed one of the reasons he left Zendaya’s show in the first place. “I talked to HBO and, as far as I know, we’re great,” the singer revealed.

I left because, really, when I work for someone, their vision is of utmost importance to me, but I don’t allow people to treat me like ***.In another part of his post, Labrinth also appeared to respond to Sam Levinson (creator of “Euphoria”) about a statement he recently made to Rolling Stone. During the interview, Levinson briefly touched on the topic of Labrinth’s departure and commented that he didn’t know.In a seemingly direct response, Labrinth wrote: “People will lie comfortably in this industry and still call themselves honest.

So I decided to remove any music in it.

About Labrinth and “Ecstasy”

Labrinth was part of the “Euphoria” team from the beginning and was credited with creating the majority of the music for the first two seasons. This included songs like “All for Us,” “Formula,” “Mount Everest,” “Never Felt So Alone,” and many more. His scoring on the show was highly praised, with many fans of the show noting that the “trippy” vibe of “Euphoria” was all thanks to Labrinth. His song “All of Us,” a collaboration with “The Drama” star Zendaya, also won an Emmy Award in 2020.
