The renewal was not surprising, given the high expectations surrounding Reilly and Hauser’s darling Yellowstone franchise with fan-favorite couple, Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, respectively. The series was a huge success right out of the gate. It became the biggest debut for an original series in Paramount+ history with 12.9 million viewers globally the week following its premiere.
