Reports say that the property, which was built in traditional Kerala style at an approximate cost of Rs 10 crore nearly 20 years ago, was purchased by an NRI couple from the US.

As reported by Manorama Online, the house where Meena lived with her husband Sagar and daughter Nainika, features Kerala-style architecture with intricate wooden pillars, a spacious courtyard, palace-like design, and traditional Thanjavur artwork. Meena’s mother, Raj Mallika, originally from Kannur, played a key role in the design.According to reports circulating on X and some Tamil media, the house was sold for Rs 100 crore to an NRI couple who loved the property.
However, Mina and her family have not confirmed or denied these reports yet.
Mina’s position on the rumours
Mina previously spoke about her annoyance at the false rumors affecting her family. In a February interview with Galata Tamil magazine, she said: “People keep discussing my so-called second marriage, which is completely unacceptable.
“Those who spread these rumors forget that I have a daughter, and they don’t realize that she sees all this too.”She added: “I’m ignoring them all now, but I can’t say when my patience will run out.” The actress expressed her frustration with people assuming they can write anything about women in the entertainment industry.
