Actress Celina Jaitley took to social media to reflect on Holly’s bittersweet nature, revealing her sadness and nostalgia for a previous life that seemed far away. As she navigates life in a foreign land, she grapples with overwhelming feelings of loss, including cherished memories of family and heritage.
Actress Celina Jaitley shared a deeply personal note on social media a day after Holi, saying that the festival no longer feels like it used to. Reflection on Holi and life away from home
As reported by Hindustan Times, Selena spoke candidly about life in Austria and the emotional toll of living far away from the people and places that previously held her back. “You leave family, friends, work, and culture behind, and slowly embrace the positives of the new land,” she wrote.
However, after a while, you feel lost. You realize that you have integrated everything you can, but this essence… it is difficult to integrate in a land where you were not born.

In a previous post, Selena looked back at last year’s Holi with her kids. She wrote: “Last year I waited for the Holi colors on my face until my children returned from school… This picture is from last year’s Holi… I had no idea that by the next Holi I would lose all the wonderful colors in my life and everything would suddenly turn black and white.”She also thought of celebrating Indian festivals abroad. “In my marriage, Indian festivals were usually very quiet, and I made no real effort to understand how important they were to me.

She sought $6 million in compensation for lost earnings and requested custody of her children. She alleged that she was subjected to severe emotional, physical, sexual and verbal abuse, and said the situation forced her to leave her home in Austria and return to India. According to her claims, the children are currently living with Haag in Austria while legal proceedings continue.
