Wedding preparations are underway

Product states ownership dispute
On the other hand, Bandla Ganesh found himself in the headlines due to a legal dispute related to one of his family’s properties.According to Telugu Gulti, the case relates to a 500-square-yard property owned by Parameswara Poultry Farm. The land was mortgaged to Union Bank as security for a loan. After the payment process was not completed within the specified period, the bank sold the property at public auction to recover the outstanding receivables.Ganesh challenged the auction through legal channels. But he did not succeed in securing relief. After the Supreme Court ruled against him, he approached the Supreme Court, which also refused to intervene and rejected his petition.
Bandla Ganesh issues a statement after the ruling
Following the Supreme Court decision, Bandla Ganesh took to X (formerly Twitter) to address the speculation surrounding the case.Bandla Ganesh wrote in his post: “The case is only about one property of 500 sq. yards located in Aparna Sinar Valley, Shaikpet. Some people have a misconception that this case involves all my properties or that I have lost my entire wealth. This is completely untrue. This case is only limited to the 500 sq. yards property in Aparna Sinar Valley, Shaikpet.”
Union Bank sold this property in 2022 for Rs 8.51 crore.
