Every month, we go through this cycle. We do many things when we are on our period.”

“Climax detail” memes and mockery online
Recalling the social media storm that ensued, Aisha added: “Being on my period suddenly became a national joke.”She pointed out that the satire even used the popular meme format “climax details by Aditya Dhar”. “We really need to educate our sons and brothers,” she said frankly. “I’m sure the jokes were from men. It was really bad.”Despite the trolling, the actress made it clear that she is not ashamed. “I’m a proud woman. I was really proud of everything I did while on my period. You wouldn’t be able to do it without being on your period.”
“I did it during my periods,” she confirmed.
“We don’t make a big deal out of it.”
Aisha stressed that her experience was not exceptional, and said that women in various professions continue to give their best while running their courses.“I’m sure there were 100 women in this room. There would be at least five or two women on their period right now. We don’t realize it because we don’t care much about it. So, if we don’t make it a big deal, you can relax.”
