BTSC Bihar Laboratory Assistant Recruitment 2026

Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released short recruitment notification for 1,091 Laboratory Assistant posts across multiple technical disciplines, opening up a huge employment opportunity in the technical education sector in the state.

The online application process will begin on April 6, 2026, and continue till May 6, 2026. Detailed notifications, including vacancies and eligibility criteria, will be released on the official website btsc.bihar.gov.in, on the same day.

Vacancies across 12 technical streams

The recruitment drive covers 12 subjects, including electrical, mechanical, civil, computer science, electronics and basic science subjects. It is expected that the laboratory assistant posts will be distributed across government polytechnic institutes and technical education centers in Bihar.Candidates with a relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the respective fields will be eligible to apply, subject to the specific discipline criteria to be specified in the individual advertisements.
