BENGALURU: The Delhi High Court has listed hostel chain Zostel’s appeal against IPO-linked hospitality firm Oyo for hearing on August 12, while disposing of the interim application filed by Zostel.
The dispute stems from Oyo’s proposed acquisition of Zostel in 2015. But the deal later fell through, leading to arbitration and litigation proceedings.
