Samantha Ruth Prabhu is on cloud nine as her latest release ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’, directed by Nandini Reddy and created by Raj Nidimoru, has entered the Rs 100-crore club. Samantha shared the happy news on social media with a special poster and a sweet video.

In the video shared on Instagram, Raj Nidimoru asked her: “Do you want to see something cool?” Samantha says yes. Then Raj gave her an iPad. You open it up and see the worldwide box office collection. Samantha with her stomach surprised and smiling happily. “We made 100 crores,” she says. The moment showed how happy and emotional she was after seeing the success of the film.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu speaks openly about her fears
Along with the video, Samantha spoke about the fears she had before the film was released. She said, “Before the release of Maa Inti Bangaram, I remember obsessing over one thing: Were people talking about the film? Were the assets we were putting out reaching people? Did they know this film existed?”She also shared a story about a film viewer. She said that the viewer was asked about the film before it was shown.
The showrunner replied, “Why would anyone watch a heroine-led film? If she’s in a big hero film, that’s fine. People know her for her charm. But a heroine-led film? Who will come? Nobody.”
Samantha said she hopes this success will bring about change in the film industry. “I believe that real change only happens when a person is willing to take risks,” she wrote. “I hope that the next time someone calls an exhibitor in a B or C position and asks about a female-led film, the answer won’t be an immediate no,” she added.
Maybe it’s like: “Let’s see.”

Talking about the film, it was a reunion between Samantha Ruth Prabhu and director Nandini Reddy. It also includes Gulshan Devaiah, Sreemukhi and Diganth Manchale in important roles.Released on June 19, in less than one month, ‘Maa Inti Bangararam’ has grossed Rs 100 crore worldwide. The film has now become the first female-led Telugu solo film to reach this mark.Interestingly, the film made back more than 300 percent of its budget.On the personal front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru are expecting their first child together.
