According to a report by ANI, the actress took to X to share a post reflecting on her childhood, where she recalls how she gravitated towards playing with dolls while her brother enjoyed outdoor sports. She recounted her memories of building dollhouses, sewing clothes for dolls, and pretending to cook on toy stoves, suggesting that nurturing and caregiving had always been second nature to her.

Recalling her childhood days of building ‘dollhouses’ and playing mother, Kangana wrote, “When we were little, my brother played football and cricket, but I carefully built the dollhouses, stitched their clothes and cooked their food. To amuse everyone at home, I made little chulas and pretended to be a doll’s mother.”

The actor went on to say that nurturing is not something women have to learn, calling it their “true nature” and a God-given duty.
Kangana wrote, “It is not something we need to learn. God has given us the duty of taking care of humanity. It is our true nature, that is why women are called Devi, Shakti, Annapurna, Mata and many other such forms. But above all, it is fun to love, feed, dance and nurture.”
