According to a BBC report, prosecutors said she repeatedly visited Jungkook’s home in Seoul and attempted to leave messages and photos at the house, while ignoring police orders.

The stalker leaves messages at Jungkook’s house
Authorities said the woman first visited Jungkook’s home on December 7, where she was loitering outside, throwing objects over the wall and pushing letters through gaps in the door. Despite receiving warnings, she returned days later and rang the doorbell repeatedly.
On December 13, she was arrested after following a food delivery person through a side entrance in an attempt to enter the property. She was released the next day with a warning not to approach the residence again.
The pursuer ignores the restraining order
However, prosecutors said she ignored the warnings and continued visiting the area. According to the report, this prompted the police to issue an emergency restraining order, prohibiting her from coming within 100 meters of Jungkook’s home.Until then, she allegedly continued her visits to the property, a total of approximately 22 times.During sentencing, the judge noted that the defendant’s risk of reoffending was considered “insignificant”, leading to him being given a suspended prison sentence. In addition to the ruling, the woman is expected to be deported from South Korea unless she successfully appeals the ruling. The ruling comes a year after another horrific incident involving a stalker sparked an uproar online. In June last year, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested in Seoul after she allegedly tried to break into Jungkook’s house just hours after he completed his mandatory military service.
