In a recent interview, while discussing her starring role in the superhero film, the actress delved into her tattoos and their meanings.

While speaking to the Last Meals hosts, the rising star opened up about her tattoo and what it really means to her. While talking about the art tattooed on her skin, Alcock admitted that it all means much more to her than just “art.”She casually states that she has about 20 tattoos on her body, and that they are very personal to her.
Speaking about its importance, she mentioned how an actor’s body becomes a “service” to others. “Being an actor, my body is my instrument, but it is also in service of others, my character, and anyone I want to be.”Moreover, she said that tattoos help her maintain her identity. “There’s something very poignant at the end of the day, taking everything off, and it’s my skin, you know? It’s meant for me,” she added.
Plus, the ink is simply “addictive” for the star as she admitted she wants to get another tattoo as soon as possible. “It’s also really addictive. I want to get another one,” she joked when the host asked her what she does after filming the show.
The “Supergirl” actress talks about moving around a lot
As for her career, the rising star, best known for her latest roles, talked about traveling for her work. She mentioned during the interview that leaving Australia was a wonderful experience for her.
Furthermore, she added, “I think living in a different country and traveling so much, you become a combination of where you belong and who you are in the middle of that. So I think we’re always in a state of flux.”

Over the past two days, leading up to the release of “Supergirl,” Alcock has been actively sharing details about the filming process. From what happened behind the scenes to her thoughts on the film. Furthermore, she talked about the iconic abaya that she appears to be wearing in almost all the scenes revealed in the trailer.
While discussing it on the “Raiders of the Lost” podcast, Alcock revealed that the cape is one of the most important historical objects in the film.
She admitted that her cape was made of the same material as Superman’s cape that was used in the 1978 film. She added: “Yes, I think they found about 16 meters of that material, so yes, that is in the back of my cape now.”At the time, Christopher Reeve was playing the beloved superhero Superman in the film series. The late actor also donned the cape in sequels, including 1980’s “Superman II,” 1983’s “Superman III,” and finally 1987’s “Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.” The actor died in 2004 after suffering heart failure and cardiac arrest.
